Mental Health & Wellbeing

Being in business can be tough, at the best of times and we’ve just endured a difficult 2 years of a global pandemic.

It is inspiring to hear stories of resilience & recovery but for many in business, it’s been a hard road.

Be.Bendigo wants everyone in our business community to know that they don’t need to ‘go it alone’ and to that it’s OK to ask for help.

We have joined forces with the Partners in Wellbeing Program to offer practical wellbeing support to Bendigo business in the form of:

  1. FREE, Confidential, mental health support for anyone in business – owners, employees and/or their families
  2. Referral to FREE financial counselling and/or business advice
  3. FREE education & training, tailored for individual businesses, to help create mentally healthy workplaces for all.

If you’re part of a business, you’ll realise that the way we live & work is rapidly changing.   To be competitive and be an employer of choice, making time for mental wellbeing is vitally important.
