Launched in 2024, and in partnership with La Trobe University, the Digital Operations Centre (DOC) in Bendigo is the national hub for Deloitte Australia’s Operate capabilities, acting as the digital backbone to support the delivery of services to Deloitte’s national client base while helping address the shortage of digital skills by providing hands-on work-based learning opportunities for students and workers transitioning to technology-based roles.

Our vision for the centre is to grow to 200 roles within 5 years, providing national clients with high-quality operating support across a select set of offerings while local employment opportunities for graduating students and workers in the region.
