Over the past few weeks, Be.Bendigo has continued to represent and support our region’s business community through advocacy, collaboration and connection.
From celebrating local excellence at the 2025 Bendigo Business Excellence Awards Winners Event to co-hosting sessions with Headspace on neurodiversity and Workforce Australia on social procurement, we’ve been proud to highlight the positive impact business has on the strength and wellbeing of our community.
CEO Hayley Tibbett has met with members and partners, taken part in industry group discussions and represented local business through initiatives such as the – working alongside regional leaders to promote sustainable growth. Hayley also attended the launch of Destination Greater Bendigo Loddon, a new regional organisation designed to bring tourism and industry together to elevate our region’s profile at state and national levels.
Through recent networking events including the Women Connect “No Walk, Just Talk” gathering and the After 5 event hosted by Country Hearing Care, we’ve had the opportunity to connect with new members, listen to their stories and understand the challenges and opportunities facing local business.
Be.Bendigo also continues to play an active role in the Local Safe Community Forum, contributing to discussions that strengthen community safety and wellbeing.
Looking ahead, planning is underway for the Business Unboxed Festival and the 2026 Events & Initiatives Calendar – continuing our commitment to creating spaces where local businesses can connect, grow and thrive.
