At Bendigo Community Health Services (BCHS), we are launching a community health survey to hear from adults (18 years and older) living in the Greater Bendigo area. The survey focuses on identifying the communities needs and motivations regarding healthy eating, active living and reducing smoking and vaping. The data collected will assist BCHS in the review and improvement to our currently delivered programs as well as allow us to develop new programs based up need.
