2022 in the rear view

GROW Bendigo is celebrating a successful 2022! With many employment outcomes, new adventures and much more ahead.

We were excited to welcome many new signatories in 2022, taking the opportunity to grow employment for at-risk people, while also growing and improving their own businesses.

With this signatory success, we have had 189 employment outcomes across the year. Including 37 pathways to employment via TAFE, apprenticeships, and training programs. We are so proud of these achievements and the impacts it has had on these people’s lives.

We also kicked off the Inaugural Youth Mentoring Program in July, 2022. This saw 15 mentors and mentee teams meet on a regular basis. The mentors provide support with life skills, assisting with resumes, introductions and job applications. We can’t wait to see where this program grows in the future.

The Loddon Campaspe Multicultural Services’ collaborations with Spotless and JL King have been a stand-out triumph, with many new employment outcomes achieved during the year. Learn more about the LCMS and Spotless program here.
