Dear Valued Members, Partners and members of our Bendigo Business Commnuity,
Following previous announcements regarding our CEO transition, I would like to announce Hayley Tibbett, currently a standing Board Member of Be.Bendigo has been appointed to the role in the new year.
Hayley will formally step down from her Board role and take over the reins from Rob Herbert, commencing as our new CEO in the later part of February 2025.
Following an extensive search and rigorous process Hayley succeeded against a high-calibre list of candidates. I would like to thank those who expressed interest in this role and undertook the process.
Hayley has previously led highly successful businesses within Bendigo, notably as Founder & CEO of Indulge Fine Belgian Chocolates, and Co-Owner of the Pasta Pantry. Hayley is also incredibly engaged in the community being a Board Member of the Bendigo Jockey Club and Committee Member of the Bendigo Showgrounds Management Committee.
As the CEO handover occurs between Rob and Hayley, we are excited about 2025 and beyond and how we can continue to enhance our support to you as members and partners, and together work to grow and sustain a vibrant business community.
