GROW Bendigo: Celebrating a Community Legacy of Nurturing Growth & Employment

GROW Bendigo Youth Mentoring Program

This program provided support to at-risk young people (15-24), guiding them from being at the back of the employment queue to gainful employment. It was a structured 8-week mentoring program that offered guidance to the Young Person, Support Worker, and Mentor.

The program was a collaboration between YO Bendigo and GROW Bendigo.

My Local Jobs

My Local Jobs was created after research from Macedon to the Murray showed local employers have jobs across a huge range of industries, but are having trouble finding employees. Jobseekers and young people leaving school are particularly unaware of the exciting opportunities in our region, despite being in high demand.

Local Jobs is designed to bridge this gap by connecting local employers with jobseekers.
