Alice Langton’s Sauces was founded in 1983 by Myrna Apperly, one-time Owner/Chef of Evans & Apperly’s Paddington Kitchen in Sydney. Since then, the company has grown steadily and owes its longevity to a quality range and a loyal clientele.

Today, Alice Langton’s Sauces is a well-known and trusted brand in Australia. It is still very much a family business proudly operated and owned by Peter Mann & Tracey Foster who have taken over the business and moved it to its current location in Strathfieldsaye.

In 1988 Alice Langton’s Sauces was very proud their product was one of only six chosen to represent the Victorian Food Manufacturers on the Wine and Brandy Producers Stand at the Brisbane World Expo, where it received wide acclaim.
